MANAGEMENT FEES
There are a number of options for payment of the management fees. You can now pay using your mobile phone using REVOLUT as well online with PayPal, by bank transfer or cash/cheque at our office.
We now accept payments via the REVOLUT App. To make a payment, just search Kilminchy phone – 353860238109, enter the amount you are paying and make sure to add the property address in the “Add note“ box before clicking “Send“. A record of all payments you make are stored on your mobile phone. Your payment is received instantly and Revolut is free to use.

NOTE: Management Fees are currently €100 per year. If you are paying a different amount, please enter the figure in “OTHER AMOUNT”.
Check and verify the amount on PayPal before finalising your payment. ENTER YOUR NAME , ADDRESS and CONTACT NUMBER and/or EMAIL in the space provided so that we can identify the property the payment is to be set against.
