  • Credit /Debit Card details except when you are making a payment in which case we use the information you provide but do not store that information.

Why do we need your information:

Kilminchy Management Company Limited was formed to act on behalf of the Kilminchy Homeowners to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the common areas of Kilminchy Village. To enable us to perform our duties, we need to be able to engage with homeowners in relation to the payment of annual fees, in relation to the maintenance of common areas and other matters within the Kilminchy estate. To this end, we need to gather contact information including name, address, email and contact number. 

What else we DO with your information

Any information collected is used solely in the performance of our duties as required by the Constitution on the company. This may include communications between the company and any solicitor and/or financial institution involved with the sale and/or purchase of a property within Kilminchy estate. 

What we DO NOT Do with your information

We do not sell or exchange your personal information with any person or persons or commercial organisation under any circumstances except as outlined above.  

How Do You Process My Data? 

We use our CRM system to process your information on our registered office. Access to this data is strictly confined to an authorised officer of the company. This approach, allows for an efficient method of controlling access for your information. By necessity, information regarding the payment and/or non payment of management fees is shared with accountants and auditors in the performance of their duties and may, if needs arise, be shared with legal professionals and/or credit control contractors to enable them to seek payment of overdue outstanding management fees. 

How Do You Obtain My Data?

The only way we obtain your data is by YOU providing it to us on a voluntary basis.

How long do we keep your information?

We will keep your data for as long as you are a homeowner in Kilminchy. If you should cease to be a homeowner in Kilminchy, we think it is necessary to retain your data for 24 months after the final change of ownership of the property. You can choose to opt-out at any time.

How do you dispose of my data? 

We use a CRM system on our computers and we rely on GoDaddy to host your data.  To that extent, we rely on those parties to ensure that they remove your data when we press the “delete” button.

Do you use cookies? 

Yes. We use cookies only for functionality that is strictly necessary for services requested by the website user for their session as per the relevant ePrivacy Regulations. We use what are known as session cookies and as the name suggests, they are used to deliver the basic functions of the website. Session cookies are temporary and are generally erased when you close your web browser.
