Management Fees
Every home owner in Kilminchy is legally obliged to pay the annual Management Fees as agreed by members at the company annual general meeting.
These fees are essential to allow the company to carry out the essential maintenance as well as upkeep and improvement of the common areas of Kilminchy Village.
Please note that the directors act in a voluntary capacity and do not receive any payments or gratuities whatsoever. This means that 100% of your fees go the the upkeep of your estate. In recent years, the Management Fee was reduced from €200 to the current fee of just €100 per year. This was achieved by the careful financial management and increased voluntary work by directors thereby negating the need to pay additional outside service suppliers.
We encourage all members to ensure your management fees are paid up to date as this will enable us to greatly improve the appearance of our beautiful village.

Audited Accounts
Kilminchy Owners’ Management CLG is required under statutory legislation to file an Annual Return and Accounts each year with the Companies Registration Office.
We are happy to say that all our filings are currently up to date. Kilminchy Management Company must file an Annual Return in every calendar year, and the accounts must be made up to a date no more than 9 months before the annual return date.
The audited accounts for 2021 were filed with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and approved by members at the 2022 AGM.
