Annual Accounts

Kilminchy Owners’Management Company Limited by Guarantee holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year and at that meeting, the Annual Accounts for the previous period are presented to members present.

The completed audited accounts for the previous calendar year are posted here so that members have the most up to date information as soon as possible, once the audited accounts have been signed off by company directors. This allows members time to examine the audited accounts in advance of the AGM where the accounts will be presented and discussed.
